Since tomorrow is the 20th in the US, I figured I would make a screenshots thread before the game comes out so when people do decide to share us their "OMG I GOT THE GAME BEFORE YUUU!" screenshots tomorrow, there would be a thread for it.

I have already reformated my comp and gotten the newest drivers in anticipation for this game. It will run oh so well on my comp!

I will post as many pics as I can but I plan on keeping settings low so I get a high and smooth framerate so the sweet graphics don't cut into gameplay...but perhaps when I find a sweet scene ill crank everything up just to get a good still shot.

I wonder how Oblivion will handle changing the graphics mid-game. Changing settings mid-game in CSS means you have to reload all the textures/models/etc. Think Oblivion will make you do the same?

Could you guys also post what settings etc you are running the game at, exactly what settings, including AA/AF etc.
It'll be good for comparisons between PC and 360 vers.

When you get it also depends on where you buy it. I always buy retail, with new releases they usually have loads in stock in comet or HMV on the first day - would rather spend 15 minutes driving to the nearest shop and opening the box in the car park than waiting for it to be delivered from some shonky web merchant several days later.

Have these people heard of Anisotropic Filtering??? good god those blurred textures are for teh lose. I wonder if a high Anisotropic might improve the distant hill textures...

I don't think I'll post any screens - a crappy motorola v600 camera against a backlit LCD TV won't quite have the same impact.

Looking forward to seeing the PC dude's captures, seen as the Americans get the game a few days earlier.
