Paying for HL Deathmatch 2

I have been playing HL2 DM for years. I have purchased HL, HL2, HL2 Episode One, and SIN Episodes. I try to log on today and get a message I have to pay $9.95. Does anyone knoe what gives? And when I go to Steam support to ask about this, there is no where to send them an e-mail!

ANy insight anyone has would be appreciated. This is an outrage. Thanks.
