Krakow is really nice, I'd say it's even better than Prague... but I enjoyed myself most in Sopot and in the general area near the sea. There's always tons of festivals during the summer and the fish there are amazing. Seriously, go eat fish if you go there. And waffles... they have good waffles, I don't know why actually but it's like the most popular snack there. Tons of kiosks that just sell waffles with strawberry jam and all that jazz. XD
Also beer and sausage.
And there are still signs of WW2 all over Poland. Some villages still have bullet holes in their walls. I'm pretty sure you can go to the bunker where Hitler was almost assassinated, but I don't know if that was in Poland (though I'm 80% sure it was).
