I didn't figure it out until maybe three seconds too late. Once I figured it out, I went nuts trying to beat the clock, and hammered on her until I was bringing the last orb to the incinerator when time ran out.

I dropped the portal for the last orb with the timer at 00:01, the timer actually ran out and the green/red haze set in for a split second, but I still survived

I didn't figure out what to do for a little while, and it took me a long time to find orb 3, because at first I thought they were flying off to random points.

I took pleasure in escorting every AI-ball to the incinerator by hand . The first time I played through I was certain I needed to make the turret shoot ITSELF before I could proceed, but after I lined up the portals perfectly and the rocket went right through it, I realized I needed to make it shoot GLaDOS. Problem was there was only 30 seconds left by the time I made it shoot GLaDOS for the first time and understood that I needed to take each piece to the incinerator. So I just reverted to my last save and completed it straight from there with no more holdups.

First time I played GLaDOS I figured out how to defeat her easily, but I was a tad slow in the execution (I had a bit of trouble lining up the rocket to shoot her, and I messed up the portal to the incinerator once or twice). I dumped the last the module down the incinerator just after the clock had reached zero. We both died

I think the first time i killed her it was a pretty close call. I cottoned on to what you had to do but my execution sucked.
