The UK mag, PCZone, is hinting rather unsubtley theat they will have a review of HL2 in the next release, apparently in shops on december 11.

The wording is:
"All the very best reviews
Unreal Tournament 2004
Star wars Knights of the Old Republic
Star Wars Galaxies (we in europe are only getting this now)
Contract Jack
Secret Weapons over Normandy
Lords of Everquest

Oh and you never know, maybe even....
Halflife 2
"

Sounds promising, mags usually get it right.

VALVE, YOU CAN DO IT! I'm optimistic, so I'll just get my hopes WAY up again, and then go back to being optimistic once it passes

If the game was indeed to hit stores by the 11th, then they'd get a gold copy early to review.

Finally, another rumour, I really missed them in these boring days.

Well, we can only hope, but I don't think it's really in it, maybe they just wan't to keep up the hope for a 2003 release.

Well you can't really boost sales by saying that a review of HL2 will appear in the next magazine - you don't exactly have to pre-order it.

Surely HL2 EXCLUSIVE REVIEW slap bang on the front cover would be enough!
