Running a Dedicated Server

I tried runnig a dedicated server for HL2DM with Mani admin plugin, and I found a couple of problems.

My first problem is setting a timelimit for maps. Which file do I put the limit in? I tried putting mp_timelimit 60 into mani_server config file, but nothing happened. When I enter the map and type timeleft it shows that there is no time limit.

My second problem is the votemap feature. In the mani_server cconfig file it seamed like votemap should work, but it doesn't.

The third problem is adding myself to the admin list. I put ;My Ip into the adminlist.txt, admingroups.txt, immunitylist.txt and immunitygroups.txt, but when I enter (I bind \ with Admin) it tells me that I am not an admin.

mp_timelimit 60 goes into server.cfg.

At the end of server.cfg you need to add 'exec mani_server.cfg' for the mani server config file to start working.

Add your steam id to the bottom of adminlist.txt and restart your server for admin to work.

You really need to use Mani's site for these questions.

I tried using mani's site, but I'm a noob so I couldn't understand most of the stuff. Another thing that everything was in the dedicated server folder except for the server.cfg. Can you tell me what I put in there other than the timelimit?
