Sky Captain [Spoilers!]

I just got back from seeing it, I loved it to death, Jude law is dreamy, allthough I hate the girl who played Polly (dont know her name) I put up with it, the film was cheesy, funny, and with quite a good story. I loved its style.

Britan had flying forts! Woo, home team get the best things in the film!

Anyways what did you lot think of the film?

Gweneth Paltrow. I am not going to waste time finding the actual spelling of her name. She sucked, but she was supposed to suck to go along with the style. Although.. I think she sucked too much.

The robots in the first scene were pure badass. That sold the movie to me.

My favorite thing about it, though, was the fact that it was a 50s comic... only it was a movie. Every scene you can picture it as an either black and white page, or a color page of a comic book. And you can distinguish between the different books.

It was pure awesome, badass, 50s comic action. Probably not a movie for everyone, but I reccomend you give it a try.
