small time RIOT

I`m making a small time (very small time) mod for Counterstrike 1.6. i know it`s an old game, but i want to bring it into 2005 by making a completely psychotic gangster war out of it. I can`t offer pay or whatever, but any help (even advice) on skinning, moddelling, mapping and weapon coding. the game will not have things like Hostage rescue or Bombing, unless i can make it work with the theme. If this game really succeeds (beyond sharing with mates) i can try to get Steam Sanctioning and even offer pay. No promises, mind. I cant guarantee it will work, but i`ve asked around and the idea seems popular.
p.s. i have absolutely no idea how to model, or skin things. i`m good at mapping, with my AR_series already being busnt and shared around the schoolyard:bounce:

It's not that hard, i'm thinking about changing weapon names, adding double uzi's(maybe double other weapons too) changing models. changing ZXC things, re-skinning the characters.my idea is like a yellow gang vs blue gang. there wont be any complex scenarios like DE, AS or CS. just deathmatch and quick deaths. Oh, and i spelt burnt wrong, sorry.
