So.. Packaged Users Will get to Play Nov16th, right? I'm 80% sure because in the official notice, hl2 said it was planned for RETAIL on the 16th, but I'm not sure if steam packages relate or not. I know i've missed posts in the past. Could anyone verify this? Thanks.

Yes, you will be able to play on Nov. 16th, as for what time of the day, is unknown.
