Source engine resource website... or some such thing...

I remember a while ago visiting a website with information on the source engine for mod developers. I've done a search of the board and can't seem to find any links. Is this site a figment of my imagination or can someone point me in the right direction.

Even if the site would exist, it would be my guess that it wouldn't contain lots of info, since the SDK hasn't been released yet.
Could be wrong though.
