Source SDK unavailable for download

Hi, I reformatted my computer, reinstalled half-life2 and updated it fully - been playing MP mods all week. I went to install the HL2 SDK but it wasnt in my download list nor my tools tab. Thanks for any help/suggestions given.

If I'm right, it should start the installation.
