STRANGE photo in kleiners lab! :O

Hi there, I just got a screenshot of a really strange photo in Dr. Kleiners lab. It´s taken in the Black Mesa facility, actually, the room you first get into in HL1.

Check the picture.. It creeped me out!

Why is one of the persons face painted on? and who is the guy on the right??
