Stuck in 19

I'm on the room with a bunch of turrets that ambush you. I got rid of all the turrents and I launched myself into the room way up where two more turrets ambush you. I got rid of those two and there's three slow moving fans on the wall and a hole in the ceiling which leads to a red looking room but I can't get up there

What do I do?

If that's where I think it is... place one portal under that big hole. Place the second one way down there on the floor of the big room. If you fall into that portal, it'll launch you upwards and through the hole. You can also open the second portal during freefall, of course.
