Team Fortress 2 not starting :O

Ok, my team fortress 2 has stopped working for some unknown reason.
Last time I played was @ 11pm GMT time, 18 January, has their been any updates since then or is anyone else experiencing this.

This is what happens:
I click the TF2 shortcut on my desktop.
The 'Steam is now loading Team Fortress 2' window appears.
The bar disapears and comes up with another message saying 'This game is not available now, please try again later'
Also, the 'Downloading 100%' thing comes up in the steam games page.

Any solutions?

There has been no update, well not for me anyway.
Have you tryed deleting everything except Steam.exe and steamapps folder. Then run Steam.

Restart Steam.
Fixed.

EDIT: Nope doesnt work, how do I do those things please...
BTW, The date was actually 17 Jan lol

(Hope none of this will damage my TF2 stats, cos them is some good stats)

Another EDIT: Just found out that none of my steam games work...

HELP!!!

Yet another EDIT: Just found out that it was my spyware thing stopping games from opening, so I have to close it before I can start games, any fixes people, or how can I undo an update I did yesterday on the Spyware thing.
