A semi-popular movie about action one might say. The reason for this thread is I am declaring it the best action movie ever made. Sure, there are "deeper" action flicks like Boondock Saints. There are movies with better gun play, such as Hard Boiled or Equilibrium. Hell, there are funnier action movies like Kuffs or Shanghai Noon. But none combine them all so well. The movie is just godlike. I loved the movie when I was 8 years old, I love it now. The movie is so overflowing with action movie cliches, it feels fresh. I can't explain it, but it's like the movie is the very definition of an action movie. It has all the elements, and it does so well with each of them.

Even more amazing is the movies PG-13 rating. But the movie itself pokes fun at that when Danny tries to get Jack to say fcuk. Danny knows they're stuck in a PG-13 movie, and Jack won't be able to say it. =D Also, how every woman in the movie is hot inside of the "movie world". Pure awesomeness. I loved how Jack just could not die, no matter what he did, since he was the main charactar. Good stuff. =) I think I'll go watch it sometime this week. Any thoughts?

I fail to agree. Arnold in his 67 Pontiac convertable would pwn Robo-Arnold. Plus Hero Arnold carried a Desert Eagle, which is just pwn.

I like the concept and the movie has its moments, but it just fails to really click for me. It just ends up being kind of bland.

I haven't seen it since maybe age 13. I recall it being more than a little stupid, but nonetheless extremely entertaining.

The dog pyramid was one of the funniest things I remember seeing in a movie. This is just Arnie taking the total piss out of himself. Love it.
