Borat is Cohen's only truly funny character, and to some level he's washed up now :\. A sequel just won't work, unless it's all staged, and then it's just not funny.

Harder to do? I dunno, so many people knew about him before the film and have loved the character for many years.

The character's got much more longevity in it than Ali G had, and much MUCH more than Bruno ever could.
