... heath ledger is dead

into this translator:

http://translate.google.com/translate_t?langpair=en|es

It doesn't even translate "dead heath" literally.

"heather on the heath near a ledger" works alright ;)

It's a Spanish/English thing.

" keith ledger is dead "

Now that would normally mean that Keith Ledger is dead.

Keith libro mayor est? muerto

This is the Spanish translation, which, if translated right, would be "Keith Ledger is dead."

However, it translates it to "Keith major book is dead."

Anywho, if you put on there "Heath Ledger is dead," and translate it to Spanish, it will literally translate to the Spanish equivalent of "Heath Ledger is dead," I suppose because people are all intrigued on Heath Ledger's death.

Haha Stern, how'd you know Spanish anyway? And how on Sod's green Earth did you come across this?

=p

Well he has said before that he is... and don't get pissed off if I don't remember correctly Stern... Spanish. Born in Canada, but Spanish.

It just tells me "Heath Ledger est? muerto" which means Heath Ledger is dead.. This is isn't funny... It's just a translator, that *gasp* translated a message..

they've changed it ..it used to say when you typed "Heath Ledger is dead" it would translate to:

tom cruise esta Muerto

btw this:

"Keith libro mayor est? muerto "

translates to

"Keith book oldest ? dead"

Heath Ledger est? muerto

Heath Ledger is dead.

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

Thats the reason why I didn't get it, I don't know spanish :p

I did French and I suck at that too!

Now, I don't speak Spanish, but I don't think I'd find this very funny if I did, as it seems pretty clear it translates alright...

So I'm assuming one of the following:
a) CptStern is correct, and while it used to say Tom Cruise, they have now corrected their previous wrong.
b) CptStern is on drugs and by the time everyone was testing it, he had sobered up, so assume the assumed error was fixed.
c) Heath Ledger is dead.

And the correct answer is.....

A. They seem to have fixed it. Someone probably messed with the translation code or whatever to make it do that.

I prefer the second option.

That or a parallel universe of some kind

the second option is the least accurate: I never sober up

Switched drugs? That might have some kind of affect on your perception of Intertubes.
