Yeah, you can discuss. Usually after the poll is opened most of the discussion gets kind of split between the two threads :P

Funny thing: My new one is technically too large (in Kb) to upload for this site...

the max amount is 20,000 bytes. see if u can put the coulours down... mine was about 30,000 but i put the colours down from a rather unneseccary 250 to 85. saved a hell of a lot of space.
*edit* just how big is it brian damage??
 
48 kilobytes.

I'm going to see if I can compress it a bit more without losing too much quality. It's pretty uncompressed now, so it should be okay...
 
Oh, it's always been at 50x50 pixels. I can get it down to about 32k, but then it looks crappy...
 
How about for the next contest a half-life image based on monty python, Imagine the feet crushing things or holy hand gernade.

what about action figures? design the best HL action figure taking into account what kids like and how flexible it would be / the packaging / accessories?

i know u probally wond do this but if u do PLZ TIM REMEMBER MY NAME THIS TIMMMEEE!!!!!

Paint Shop Pro for the graphics and Animation Shop for the animation.

What do you mean? Like in the bottom area : idea suggested by such and such? Sorry if I used your idea in the past and didn't give you credit ;).
 
How about creatures from Half Life in unusual situations? Going to the bank, at a birthday party, riding the train. That sort of out of context stuff can be really funny.

how about a photo album, everyone does a "photo" each of some HL monster like Brian suggests, then put them in a photo album
