OH I was wondering when VU joined forced with NBC ?? Kind weird move on there part? how much money does did that move use up ...wow?

VU gave up 80% owenership of VU, and recieved 20% controlling and 18,5% monetary interest in NBCU. this leads to 500m euros paid out quarterly, starting 2005. this gave them the money to get out of debt, and gain a pretty solid company.
