Maybe im reading some of these people's post the wrong way, but some of peeps are implying that Nihilanth was in half life 2, if he was I must of have totally missed him/oblivious to it.

Nihalnith was basically the breen of xen, the representitive (as breen puts it)...although that still doesnt explain why the Nihalnith was in shackles and looked experimented on
