Water arrows mod: snuff out candles with water arrows

This mod allows you to turn off nearly all lights in the game, either with hand, or by shooting a water arrow at it.
Water arrows can be bought in "Fighting Chance" in the market district.

yes:
All lights now use a model when they are "off".
You can use water arrows to turn off lights.

no:
Not all lights have a unique "off"-model
Guards will not turn it back on, it will come back on after a while, depending on wether you shot it with an arrow or used your hands.
You can not use normal arrows to turn them off

yes that would be cool ..tired of having guards chasing me when I want to go into a city, I should be able to hop the wall

Aint gonna happen because of loading spaces between cities and the outside.

Now that would be an awesome mod, making the whole game seamless, climbing over the city walls with a grappling hook, shooting an arrow through someones window while they sleep... ninja awesome for people with LOTS OF RAM.
