What time do you wake up in the morning (or whenever)?

Any day (school or weekend): around 6:00am, I'm a very early riser.

I used to get up at stupid late times, after lunchtime.

Now i've adjusted my patterns so i'm up with the birds, 6am this morning.

If I have to wakeup whenever I need to catch the bus, 7:30 tomorrow. If I don't have an alarm, 2pm.

schooldays, 7-8am other days: 7PM.

6:30am everyday. This is after a month of staying up till 3-4am and it's killing me. I've been dropping dead around 8-9pm. The transition from night shifts to day shifts is a pain in the arse, thanks work I owe you a beer, bastards.

That on top of University requirements, argh!

School days : Random (depending on my class times, its a 24 hour campus)
Other days: Usually 5pm-ish.

MWF: 10 am
TR: 11 am
weekends: whenever I feel like it

4 AM if I fall asleep around midnight.... 9 AM if I fall asleep around 5 AM. I don't really sleep much.

8-10:30 during weekday depending on class schedule, whenever on weekends.

Recently it's been betweeen 4pm and 6pm. That's because I've been staying awake until ~7am. I am a tit.

6:30am on schooldays, 10:30-11:00am on weekends.

However, on Spring break my sleeping schedule got really screwed and I started going to bed at like 4am and getting up at 1:00pm, it was brutal.

I just had four days off and I didn't get to sleep until 1:30am last night, having to wake up at 6:30am. It was painful :(

11:00 am - When I'm doing nothing
7:30 am - When I have to go to Uni
6:30 am - Saturday mornings when I have work
8:30 am - Sunday mornings when I have work

Lately between 8 and noon. Sometimes I get up before that, but I'll sleep in anyway cause there's not much reason to be up.

6 am every day. Fun to be in the army...

Breakfast at 6:10am.

Far too late, It discourages me from doing anything useful too. Any tips on getting up earlier? I don't go to bed as late as some of the people here (1-2am)

Set the alarm for early and actually stand up.

6:30 am on the weekdays

10+am on the weekends..

I don't get sleep during the nights, so I have to catch up during the weekends.

Set the alarm for early and actually stand up.

I second the standing. Put your alarm clock across the room and don't go back to your bed when you turn it off.

i once got to the point where I'd write notes to myself and tape it to the clock ("EXAM HOMEWORK don't go back to sleep!!!"). That actually didn't work, and then people would see it and think I was insane .

Whenever I need to be in college early, 7.30am.
Holidays, late days, weekends, usually around 11.30am. Or maybe earlier if i get a phonecall from the girlfriend asking me to come over :p

When I was in High School back in the very early 90's, I would get up around 4:30am so I could play Final Fantasy or Dragon Warror for an hour or two on my NES before I had to go to school. Sadly that early rising never left me. If I am able to sleep until 7:00am, then I have slept in late. I am normally around 6:15ish every morning, 24/7/365.

Usually around 5:45am. I go to the gym in the mornings and do cardio.

Normal days: 8ish

Free days: 13-14ish. Yeah I'm afwul, I know.

Weekdays: 7:00AM EST.
Weekends: 12:00PM-2:00PM EST.

Cause my goal is to lose body fat, and when you do cardio in the morning you are exercising on an empty stomach, which burns the calories in your body fat rather than the calories from food.

when ever i get the urge to get up, there is not much point any more. same pewp, different day.

7 on weekdays and 8-9 on free days...im incapable of sleeping in.

5:45 on Mondays (goddamn sales meeting at 8am...), 6:30 Tuesdays-Fridays, and usually about 8:30 at weekends.
