Which Fakefactory mod?

I wanna get back into HL2 after a years worth of playing other fps that were rubbish, e.g. Bioshock, STALKER wasnt too badd I really liked it. Now I wanna get back into HL2 and the two episodes.

Before I do, I want to download the fakefactory mod but cant figure out which to download since there are a number of them without meaningful descriptions. Like there is fakefactory Cinematics mod v4, then there is fakefactory cinematics v4 option pack 1 and all these other ones. Whats the difference between them all? I just want one that will up the graphics as much as possible for as many textures possible.

Also, any recommendations for a mod that will make the game harder? Thanks for your help guys. HL2 beats all the other fps by far.

FakeFactory mods are the spawn of the devil.

They screw up the characters and music and a lot of the stuff in the game.

Half-Life 2 is perfect vanilla.

Never heard of FakeFactory, and I check the Mod Database frequently for good mods.

eh not really, if you cant read the mod title. it says its a cinematic mod so the goal of the mod is to make it feel like a movie.

OP the mod you wnat is fakefactory cinematic mod v4. i have to warn you though, he updated every texture so it now is high definition. it can take a big hit on system performance.

Kool, thats what I was after, I shud b able to run it ok with E6600 @ 3.2 + 8800GTX OC2 + 2Gb 800 MHz RAM + Raptor 150GB.

Are you kidding?, I got HL1 the first week of release, finished it 100's of times as well as opposing force, blue shift and some mini mods.

I dont play hl2 without fakefactory's hires pack.

Yeh once youve played cinematic mod v4 , half life 2 dosnt fill as good without it.
