Why Have I Got 4 Warnings?

Ive seen people with warnings next to thier names in these forums
and suspected that thtey had been cosntantly swearing etc.
I thought if i got a warning i would be emailed.
I got a shock when i just noticed while posting that i have 4 warnings, i have no idea how i got them i never swear on the forums, i have mucked the steam service, but apart from that nothing, anyone know why i got these warnings?

Sorry i forgot about posting it in community support just more of showing how strict steam is.
Kinda like the combine keeping everyone inline so no one rebels.
P.S if i do get a warning for this thread im gonna be REALLY... mad.
