Will this laptop run HL2 sufficeintly??

hi there,

I've just bought a laptop (mainly for work), it was quite cheap (£600) but pretty new (dual core processor etc) and I was wondering if it would be sufficient to run half life 2..

I do most of my gaming on my xbox360 but as half life 2 isn't out on that for a while I fancied giving it a go..

basically it's a COMPAQ with a 128mb NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 Graphics card..

Anyone out there know the answer?? I've done a bit of digging but with no luck so far...

Yes you will be able to comfortably run it on high settings with some intensive stuff like AA turned down

I don't think you'll be able to use HDR on full settings on EP1.
