xbox 360 games recommendation?

My m8 has just had his 360 here in the UK, and although he has Project gothem 3 he wants another game for crimbo, can anyone recommend a good 360 game that is out now or will be before Xmas?

Perfect Dark Zero, don't listen to the haters. The game looks great, plays fantastically and has an excellent Multiplayer. Condemned is said to be great too, if a little short.
