You get CE box with the "Gold" package, does this include dvds or disks?

No, because then they are just shipping you a copy of the game, as well as you downloading it. This would make steam completely pointless. If you want a physical copy, you buy it in the shops.

Just take a blankd dvdr and copy all the hl2 files gcf files to dvdr and put that in the collecters box. Wala now you have and actual game dvd. If you have any questions pm me on how to do it.

Anyway, the description should be "A box for Collectors", not "A Collectors Box". This would save some confusion for those who think that "A Collectors Box" means the same thing as "The Collectors Edition".
