Yes; I'd prefer AMD. I've used Intels in the past and never liked them. AMDs are slower; but not by much. They are also tons cheaper, which is a plus considering I'm about to throw $1,000 on video cards.

Steam. I remember a time when Steam's User Agreement had a clause that stated that if Valve/Steam should ever go under, they would mail you physical copies of all of your games. Sadly, that was before Steam had non-Valve games... so that clause disappeared. Regardless, I <3 Steam.

I'm all for it. I believe in a waiting period of a few years, to help reduce the risk of the innocent being killed... but allowing a murderer to rot in prison for a full lifespan is a waste of taxpayer money.
