bad graphic mistakes in hl2 ?

well i watched the HL2 E3 vids again today and found some horrible graphic mistakes . if gordon looks around ,the screen begins to flicker, but it doesnt happen when he moves it does only happen when he looks around !! (sorry i dunno how to post pictures, else i would show you)!!

SO PLEASE GUYS , IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON PLEASE TELL ME , WILL THIS MISTAKE BE IN HL2 OR ISIT JUST BECAUSE OF THE BAD QUALITY OF THE MOVIES ???????

It is because the video camera and the video screen that it was recording, were both set to different refresh rates. Therefore, when the recording is viewed, the image is somewhat obscured because the two refresh rates sometimes overlap, and miss each other completely. That is why when a computer screen is recorded, it appears to have scans lines running down it. It only happens when Gordon moves because when he doesn't, the recorder is receiving a static image and it doesn't matter what refresh rate that's at.
