i have two more days left of regular classes, then next week is 4 half days of finals. then i'm done, done with high school, forever.

every week counting down, every day seems to drag more and more, i am becoming so intolerable of this totalitarian christian school everyday..... erg, and i don't want to study for these last tests that i should be studying for right now (damn you hl2.netttt) and these tests will either make or break me...

ugh, came back from taking a day off after prom weekend and a surprise spanish quiz, wtf, failed that shit epicly.

my best from out of state was going to see me this weekend for my b-day and i had to turn her visit down because of all the stressful work i have to do, i feel like such a jerk.

anyways, enough ranting, anyone else finishing high school this year? good luck fellow comrades

Also, instead of whining about how school sucks and you don't want to study for your imminent finals and then saying dramatic things like they'll either "make or break" you, maybe you should get off HL2.net and get to studying? Judging from your post that's what you want people to tell you, so get the hell to it.

After all, a bit of crunch time isn't nearly as intolerable as another year of high school.

actually, this was more of a rant about graduating and peoples here who are graduating
 
tbh, i kinda needed a tempo ban in march so i wouldnt go on here for my remaining school months...... i should be banned for the next week and a half....

Just had my last day of class, got one test on friday then I'm done for good. I did epicly this semester- didn't get below a B on a single test, quiz, essay, or project.

So yeah, I'm pretty pumped.
 
I'm finishing my doctorate in awesomeness like yesterday. So yeah.
 
I'm finishing it this year, if I do well enough. No, I will do well enough. Conviction!
 
Is this an American thing to spazz out over high school?.

At best I was mildly glad to be rid of school.

In the UK you just finish it and move on to the next phase of your life, either work or uni, doesn't matter, your not really "free", your simply moving onto the next constraint on your time.

Were happy to leave school and forget it, and we wont need to see a shrink to talk about it 10-15 years down the road either.
 
I have 6 months and then i've finished university. I really don't care about it at all anymore. I just want to make my film and end this year so i can move on already. I'm not really interested in getting a degree because an extensive cv before you've left uni is just as good as a degree in the film and tv industry anyway.

If you fail an exam at highschool, its not the worst thing in the world. I'm sure you'll do fine anyway if you actually get to studying sometime before the exam

To all Halflife2.netters fighting desperately through the final months of high school, I salute you. Once it's over, it is so over, and you will never look back or miss it because university is 10000% more awesome.

I hope college is as good as they say. I'm not looking forward to it in the "wooo I get to party" sense though, I have other reasons that I am excited to go to college for, such as the fact that I will get to take some classes that interest me in what I want to do.

I dunno, the idea of college classes seems so much more encouraging than high school classes, high school classes you don't really feel like you are working towards a goal, just taking care of an obligation.

I fear that college will be like high school candy coated.

I'll be done with high school on June 7th.

But we're already done with AP testing, so all of my classes will practically be blow-offs until then. My final exam in calculus is to bring a picture of myself. My final exam in physics is to build a tower out of balsa wood. My final exam in biology is to make a music video about proteins.

No I've gotten that wrong, five months sorry. Mmm we've two weeks of holidays coming up, but that will be filled with studying for the HSC. Then off to Poland! :D
