bot level

I am an admin of a 32 ppl server thats always full, except at nights. I am not a senor admin, just a regualar one. We use mani plug, and if anyone knows how to chenge bot level, or restrict their weapons or something it would be usefull, because i never see our senor admin, and at night when everyone sleeps, our bots come in, and i would like to lower their level. for counter strike source

p.s. if anyone knows how to restart ranks of a single person w/o restarting everyones that would be really helpfull too.

If you have cvar you can just go bot_level *
