Can you defrag all steam games

Simple questino. I know how to defrag games individually, is there an option to defrag all games at once so I can set it off and do something else?

No, presumably doing a full defrag of your hard drive would accomplish this though...

I've noticed in the past that the windows defragmentation tool is unable to defrag your game files, suggesting that you have to do it through Steam. This could be false, though, so don't take my word for it! Also, no, there isn't a defrag all option.
