Chassis Air Flow

What do you guys think about this chassis:

It seems to me that it would have excellent airflow. Besides the usual stuff, I'm going to have an x850 PE PCIe card and an AMD Athlon 64 FX-57 processor. I'm not exactly sure how much heat the processor is going to produce, but I've heard the x850's run hotter than hell (close to 200 degrees Fahrenheit going full-throttle).

That looks pretty good, those fans on the side will keep the gfx card and mobo cool.
 
I'd stick with the first one. If you're seriously sweating the heat buildup, you can go liquid.
 
I'd go with the first as well. A center side fan is never a good idea if airflow is a consern.
