DIEHARDS CHALANGE! 1:Fort.

Ok heres the rules.

1Must suprot it self. Any suprot of it done with Object freezing will lose.
2Must have weapons/gagets. Like a huge zombie killing hammer or a tram ect.
3Must have save.
4Post atleast 5 pics of it.
 
Try and use a spell checker so people clearly understand what you mean.

Buit I suppose this could get pretty cool if people are interested.
 
im interested but i have know idea what the challange is more description is required
 
I think what he's saying is:

Make a "fort" in Garry's Mod

Rules:
1. Must support itself - no silly object freezing.
2. Must have interesting weapons/gadgets; traps, etc.
3. At least 5 screenshots should be shown.
4. Link to a save file.
5. Size images to something reasonable and don't give us 2,000 images that are simply different angles of the same thing. Let's keep it fairly brief.
 
I'm working on it, but I can't get the power multiplier on the numpad thrusts to work, can someone help?

Edit: how do you put a pic as a pic in a post rather than an attachment ot link?

I did that and I've done eveything with it that I can, I ot it to work once and my harpoon took off like a rocket but I can't get it to work anymore.
 
i think this challange should be taken to source forts insted
 
i have a gate system going and I'm working on catapults, cannons and super-harpoons and maybe something to do with sawblades. but the damn thing keeps crashing.
 
I type in the number and select the numpad key, then attach a canister and try to make it take off. I have tried hiting enter on the number and anything else I could think of.
 
Due to frequent and annoying crashes I have abondoned my fort until I get the battlescene contest entry done.
 
You have to put in numbers on the LEFT from 1 to 10(or was it 100?) the numbers on the right are for makeing it even weeker (like 0.0935 would be weeker then 1.0949). After you put in the numbers click a number on the key pad IN THE MENU. then use your REAL key pad to use that thruster. It will stay on ultill you take your finger off the key.

There are no numbers on the right besides the numpad ones.

I'm building the fort again, here are the current plans:
Fort itself;
Indistuctable walls with battlements(stairs leading to battlements)
Cannons;
4, unaimable but reload able, must all be fired at once
Catapults;
2, aimable, shoot explosive barrels, break board to lanch
Gate;
Made of 5 layers of boards so breakable. Uses slider and pulley welds so can go up and down. Possible portculas
Spears;
Canister powered, each individualy controlled (actualy harpoons)
Mines;
Outside the walls, uses different bound keys to activate, (made of petrol conainers)
Headcrab nests;
Only idea at the moment. Will realese headcrabs when gate is opened
Turrets;
Ceiling turrets may be used on walls

I will include save and bound keys file when done
 
Sounds uber. What have you been thinking about on the head crab nests?
 
Just a litte tube full of crabs hidden behind the gate so when the gat is opened or broken they can escape.
