But no, Final Fantasy, and in particular, Final Fantasy 12, is nowhere near "ghey" in terms of the game itself. It is, as someone kindly pointed out recently (you know who you are ), one of the top 3 PS2 games of all time.

I don't know why Square insists on using very feminine male (or wussy male) main characters in FF games now... I want the pessimistic/asshole/badass Cloud back.

If there's anything I can't stand it's the Final Fantasy characters because you can basically pick just about anybody and you will witness gayness that knows no bounds.

Like Barret - The gayest FF-character ever. Who doesn't remember his gay ebonics? And Auron and his exploited arm! Ugh! Not to mention Edgar and his gay sprite-design, giving you the finger at all times.

It's good to know that there are games with manly characters out there, like in Choaniki.

I always rag on my brother that in his games, I can't tell the guys from the girls.

Sure, some of the guys have stubble and are masculine looking, but most of them have female looking faces.

I've also always hated unrealistically large weapons in games. Gigantic handguns, swords bigger than the person, etc. That type of stuff has always annoyed me. I prefer weapons to be more equivalent to their historical ancestors.
