But:I just downloaded Hammer editor v34 and i dont know how to configure it for CS: Source. Can someone help me? ;(

You can't use Hammer 3.4 with CS:S. Only the Source SDK, attainable from somewhere in Hammer's Play Games list, can make maps for CS:S.

Umm, do i need anything else too or just SDK Source? Coz I saw on another forums something about C++. So i need C++ to compile maps to CSS?

No... you need the source SDK and Hammer wich is in the SDK.

C++ is for more serious coding and stuff.
