I Have Looked at this Fourm before and have seen ways to turn off blood but the Blood that was placed there wile the map loaded is that possible to take off? if so please tell me how

Yes you could, by editing the textures or your gamma settings.

in a game where the main idea is to shoot and kill things, how does turning blood off make it any more acceptable? That C.P. cop you just shot still isnt going home to his wife and kids, whether he bled or not. All you've done is make his death less worthwhile by making it look boring. By turning off blood, you are spitting on the memory of the combine soldiers and their families. You are a horrible person.

Though of course we need some people to(It's like America, we can go to war but at the exact same time act like we don't want to), but I'd say we went a little over the top.

But I would agree with Reaper about him agreeing that this game isn't for you. If you can't handle blood then how can you handle killing something. If I give a game to a 8 year old that lets him kills cops with tons of blood, does that make it any more acceptable to give him the same game but without the blood? No.
