I assume this means Id properties will be published by ZeniMax now, as opposed to Activision/VUG? I wonder if this applies retroactively in any way to titles in development.

It could be used as demonstration on the word medicore.
They said it won't apply retroactively.I assume this means Id properties will be published by ZeniMax now, as opposed to Activision/VUG? I wonder if this applies retroactively in any way to titles in development.
So... this means they'll be looking to restore the size of their dev team?

LOL. It's amusing how we bash game developers being in it just for the money, but the truth is, if we were in their place and doing their job for a living we'd be like that too. I know I would.
Why don't I like it? Very simple. While I was playing it I was bored to tears. I pumped at least an hour's worth of gameplay into that game and I had to force my way through it all. Eventually I decided to stop waiting for the fun to kick in and played some games I enjoyed instead.Ok I've explained why I think it's a good game, but you haters just keep saying 'oh it's bad' 'it's a crappy game', care to explain why you think it's bad? Seems to me alot of yous are just jumping on some kinda gay butt sex bandwagon.
ITT: people think that iD is in the business of making games, and not tech demos for game engines.
I think id has been managing that on their own since Doom 3.
I think this is a good thing.I actually liked Doom 3.
And as for Bethesda i liked Morrowind,Oblivion and Fallout 3.
