Media Players not working correctly?

So, I've got this problem were video's I've downloaded, only preview 1:28 minutes/seconds long, with an alotted time frame yet to be accessed of 14:00 minutes long.

The video takes up a reasonable amount of MB, and it claims the total time to be 14:00 minutes, yet it stops at 1:28. Any ideas?

I don't know what the exact problem is but I recommend changing software, try videolan:
