Moon

Very enjoyable film, and good performance by Sam Rockwell. Definitely interested to see Duncan Jones future efforts.

The next project for Moon's Duncan Jones will let him trap Jake Gyllenhaal in a living computer that replays his most traumatic experiences over and over. Here's hoping that doesn't include The Day After Tomorrow.

Jones has been announced as the director for Source Code, in which Gyllenhaal will star as a soldier who wakes up to find himself inside a computer that forces him to relive a train bombing until he can discover who was behind it. The movie, expected to go into production early next year, will be produced by Mark Gordon, one of the men behind Roland Emmerich's upcoming disaster porn 2012.

Saw this the other night, really enjoyed it. Soundtrack and visuals made it for me, the rest was quite good as well though.

Finally saw this about a week ago. Very solid film. Sam Rockwell was extremely good.

Is this out on DVD yet? I missed it in theaters due to the limited release, but I haven't checked to see if it's out yet in a while.

Was reading an interview with Duncan Jones and came across some interesting info of Sam's character:

Well, it’s past spoiler time, so can you tell us if Sam made it to Earth?
Well, if I get the opportunity to make Mute, which is set in part of the same timeline and universe as Moon, Sam Rockwell has agreed to come back and do a cameo. You’ll get a little epilogue of what happened to the character of Sam Bell.

I love movies like this. Atmosphere, intrigue and decent acting - you don't get much of that these days.

I thought the brief snippets of Audio as Sam's shuttle was flying towards Earth pretty much confirmed that he made it there?

Yeah, i was just about to say. You can hear several news feeds of his arrival etc. at the end of the movie.

Yeah, that's why he doesn't really answer that question directly, but the interviewer is kind of an idiot for asking that.
