There is a chance it could be internal bleeding or some sorts, but normally on a vein like that I would expect it to leave more of a mark. However, the colour and the fact that the skin doesn't look borken suggests it is...Maybe you slept on your arm funny and it caused damage to a blood vessel. I've done a similar thing, in fact I even talked to you about it during the summer. I was saying how I couldnt move my arms properly, and they were hurting...well much later I noticed brusing of a kind and realsied that in fact because of the way I had slept, blood vessels in either arm had "popped". Wasn't serious, but it was annoying.

I always have strange marks, usually just creases where I slept on the sheets weird or something like that.

Sometimes, though, I wake up to find weird needle marks all over my body and a collar of an unknown metal around my neck.

Should I be concerned?

I have killed a lot of mosquitos in my lifetimes when I was sleeping, they come to my head to suck my blood and then I turn over and pop they are dead, it happens regulary in the summer.

Oh yeah does anybody hear speak or scream( maybe in a foreign language) when they have dreams/nightmares, cause I tend to speak in English or scream in it when I dream. Really wierd, maybe because of all the tv and games I play in english.

Yeah me too...Man it was such a great dream. In the dream I figured out a way of flying, where I would sort of lean forward and push but instead of simply stepping forward, I would slowly move into the air. Gradually I would pick up speed and mobility.

I thinkt hat is probably the best way to describe them. They aren't really nightmarish, but just frustrating and you wonder why its all happening and why instead you can't just get on with what you want to do.
