I tried to keep all the summaries of important dialogue in as close as possible to what was said, in order to pretty much count as transcripts. I think I managed to get everything integral to the plot, but it is true I didn't go into the depth of Dusan's old site.
I haven't been able to find any other record of Blue Shift dialogue elsewheres though, let alone an exact transcript, so in order to get any more info your only option would probably be to replay the game and take notes.
Also, I'm glad you liked the file. I'm possibly going to revise it and include HL2 stuff sooner or later, once I've got hella lots free time.
