Do you think Obama ordered 34 warship to protect him? It's the Bureaucats of the Pentagon, Secret Service, US intelligence..... . They arrange all that.

In the name of the security of the President, they could ask for more money and power. Each department wants to show it is a necessity and wants a presence. In any case the money does not from their pocket, it's from taxpayers'.

"Security of President" is just like "war on terror". It is created to expand Bureaucrts' power. There is a Chinese proverb: Hound will be cooked when the hare disappeared." The modern hound is more clever. If there is no hare, they created one. So there is Al Qaida. Do you see how the D.O.D. and D.O.J. expanded their power and got more money since 911 false flag attack?

But it's absurd to have 34 warships for a president's trip. Especially when US in a depression and so much people got unemployed. Maybe it's a better solution to lay off those fat cats in office to save the budget.
