Phone software help

Im trying to connect a samsung Z140V to my pc via usb. But ive lost the CD with the software and cant find anywhere to download it from.

When i plug it into the usb i get a "Found new hardware"; "Hardware is installed and ready to use" but i dont have any software installed to upload to the phone.

Im not sure if i just need phone manager software or if i have to install drivers for it.

Any help?

I needed to download a few other progs / drivers, got it working now thx anyway.
