We're all nerds and there's one thing nerds do it's collect stuff. Post your collections of books, games, films, figurines, toys, lace, butterflies or whatever.


Sorry about the bad quality photos but here's my bookshelf which I have loaded up with as many things as I possibly could.

And here are some larger photos (still bad quality) of each section.

• On top we have a Vortigaunt
• Shelves one and two: Start of books (alphabetically by author), my old phones, a deck of cards, a little black box that flashes a small blue light at irregular intervals, (I call it my "getting arrested at the airport" device) some toiletries and some parts taken from a broken Xbox and a broken laptop charger taken apart.
• Shelves three and four: End of novels + short stories, all of comics/graphic novels, artbooks and non-fiction, Chuck Berry album, Anhk Morpork dollars, a stamper with adjustable numbers, an artist's mannequin using an allen key as a cane, whiskey, a fossil, a Rabbit with Big Pointy Teeth™, a Headcrab wearing a masquerade mask and lab safety glasses.
• Shelves five and six: DVDs, Wii games (+ one Gamecube game), DS and Gameboy games, Mega Drive games, PC games, a dinosaur, Xbox games and a Coca-Cola truck.

And for non-physical collections, here's my entire game collectionincluding Steam, GOG, Humble Bundle and Wiiware games and Minecraft.

I don't have much of a collection of anything except DVDs, which aren't with me at the moment and are in an ugly filing cabinet thing anyway.

Here's about 65% of my collection. All this stuff is German, none of my British stuff. On the right is most of my Motor Pool. We've got Tiger 1s and 2s, a Ferdinand, Panzer IV Hs, Panzer IV Ds, StuG IIIs and IVs, StuH42s, Pumas, 8-rads, and some Armoured Cars, Marder Is, Panzer IIs, Quad 2cm AA Halftracks, Mortar Halftracks, 7.5cm Cannon halftracks, Pak40 RSOs, shitloads of Transport Halftracks (Have another two platoons worth downstairs), misc trucks and kubelwagons, motorcycle scouts, and Borgwards.

Then on the left is half my infantry and guns. 88s, Pak40s, Nebelwerfers, 105s, Pak38s, and 2cm AA guns.

Once or twice a week. I actually started playtesting for the company that makes it with a bunch of guys from our group. So my collection will be growing, since I get paid in product

I wish I had a half track. I had a model just like those once, I'll try to find it...

Waffen SS eh? Did you paint that yourself? What scale is it? Those AAMGs on the back are a son of a bitch at the scale I play at, and they get knocked off all the time during use.

I can't remember the scale, I built it about 10 years ago when I was into models (I still am, just can't be arsed going out and buying them). I usually built them and had my dad paint them because if I panted them they'd look terrible.

here's some more I found. The ship is the USS Missouri which I bought after going on the real ship and painted myself. The jeep I never got around to painting and I *think* I painted the tank myself.

I also just remembered how much of a bitch putting the tracks on tank models was.

I have around 400 DVD's and about 200 books.... The DVD's are an old collection, stopped about 2 years back... most of that stuff is currently in boxes as I recently moved house...

Krynn, that is one hell of a collection!

I used to collect warhammer stuff years back, but have sold most of it off... had so much Warhammer and 40k stuff it took up most of my attic :S

I do, however, still have some of a childhood collection left.....
