Hey, I am thinking about buying Psychonauts, because I have heard it was another one of those game that are really great, but sell really bad and I uselly love those games. (beyond good and evil, second sight etc.) So this time I am actually feelling a little shamefull, since I didn't buy this one.

Allthough I am properly going to buy it now, so I am wondering, should I buy it for pc or ps2?

Also I am wondering about something, since I tried the demo for pc and I found the camera pretty annoying and I would like to ask is the camera better on ps2 then on the pc?

Thanks, and please tell me about your own experience with the game!

Definitely the PC version. The camera for the PS2 version isn't markedly better and the graphics look so much crisper on the PC. I am not biased here either--there are a whole bunch of games that look and play amazingly well on the PS2 that I just love, but this one is simply better on the PC. (Same goes for Fahrenheit).

Damn, too bad!
It's just that I got a ps2 at christmas and I am looking for some games for that.
Guess I might not be buying it anyway.

Well, in that case, get God of War and Resident Evil 4 and Dragon Quest VIII and Dark Cloud 2 and Shadow of the Colossus and Katamari Damacy and Soul Caliber III and Metal Gear Solid 3(or wait a couple of months for Subsistence) and GTA: San Andreas and/or GTA: Vice City and WRC(World Rally Championship) and Gran Turismo 3 and/or 4 and all classic arcade collections(Midway, Activision, Namco, Taito, Capcom, Intellivision, but with the exception of the Sega pack) and many many more, but those are the ones I would recommend most highly.

Get it for the PS2, It feels wonky playing it on the keyboard imo.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I already have resident evil 4 and metal gear solid 3 and gta vc/sa for pc, but I was thinking about buying god of war shadow of the colossus maybe ICO and there is a little chance that I buy katamari damacy. + kingdom hearts and maybe Psychonauts(I might also buy mgs 2 just to try playing it on a ps2 with a controller instead of on a pc with a keyboard!)

Just buy a x-box 360 controller for the pc, thats 30,- and you can use it for other games to. It's cheaper then buying mgs2 all over again. As far as Psychonauts go, I recommend pc. It plays just as fine with a mouse and keyboard as with a controller IMO.
