The 'How to avoid infractions' page

So I got slapped with an infraction recently, and no matter how hard I try to avoid it, it never seems to elude me. So what I ask is a sticky describing thoroughly some of the more subtle infraction worthy things as well as a bulleted list of things to avoid doing on HL2.net.

• Flaming (obvious)
• Flamebaiting (obvious)
• Spam (obvious)
• Trolling (obvious)
• Racism (I hate <insert ethnic here>, but this has eluded me recently as I said nothing of the sort and got slapped. Someone please elaborate on this.
• ....(add to the list)

Now, someone (preferably a HL2 veteran) whos never received an infraction, please finish the list and explain. :|
