A California physics student has petitioned the International System of Units to declare 10 to the 27th power (a trillion trillions) to be a "hella." As in meters, kilometers, hellameters. If he prevails, the universe officially becomes hella big

that would be quite hellacious...

When the Hell did this guy think shit up??

/its only a model

I read about this yesterday and it's god damn awesome.

So in 1 billion years, how many more hellameters does the universe expand to? HMMM!? HMMM!?

Pretty sure that's a thousand trillion trillions and not a trillion trillions.

Agreed. Or maybe Ten thousand trillion trillions...

Code:
10^27 =

10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

A trillion trillions (Trillion^2) =

     1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

Such a hella lot of space and not even enough to write a googolplex.

Before you know it we'll have official terms like "Sonnofa"

As a student of natural philosophy I support this whole heartedly.
