WTF are you doing in my quote war? Stay out of it Vegeta :sniper:--expend your energy somewhere where it might make a difference. Of course I hear what he is saying about the gameplay and thats fine and dandy, but my point is that most people who purchase a title like that do it not because they are looking for a realistic beach volleyball sim that really shows off the system's capabilites, but rather because the idealized versions of the DOA "babes" are guaranteed to show more skin and jiggle more than they ever did while sparring. I say its dumb, others say its fun. If you are one of the latter, then by all means enjoy! Don't let it be the main reason you pick up a 360 though...what would Marc Rein think??? :Ovegeta897 said:VictimOfScience I think the solution is for you to actually play the game. You aren't really listening to VirusType2 when he says that the gameplay is actually GOOD.
And frankly you seem to avoid a lot of good points that VirustType2 makes in your quote wars by simply making an irrelevant joke about it and then moving on to the next quote without actually addressing what has been said.
So if attractive women don't belong in games, why do we have booth babes? And why were so many people complaining when they made them more restricted?
My main point is, I don't think you have the right to speak unless you've played the game. Because you seem to be ignoring the fact that it's actually a fun game and just focusing on the attractive women, which is kind of ironic.
Yeah I know, that's what I was saying in the thread about it. But surprisingly, a lot of people thought differently... It was kind of depressing.ComradeBadger said:Scantily clad booth babes are an embarressment to the gaming industry. Makes us all look like grubby little pervs.

He didn't say CB was the only one... But I don't know about "very few" either. I'd say a minority, though.babyheadcrab said:This is more conservative than the average badger comment.

Haha! Yes, that was what the comical sniper was for. No worries.vegeta897 said:And you are joking about me being "in your quote war" right?![]()
There is nothing wrong with admiring beautiful women, in a lot of other media it's very respected, it does not make one a perv, just like watching porno does not make one a perv. The fact that the rest of the world is just looking for a reason to hate gamers and/or are very narrow minded does not mean we should give in to them. Beeing impressed by beautifull women and in the opinion that beautiful people in games give a game better value is not an opinion to be ashamed off.ComradeBadger said:That's mainly bourne out of a desire to see the gaming industry a bit better respected.. I'm not conservative by nature, but you can see how this portrays gaming and gamers in a bad light..
