/exhausted from difficult choices

This is a tad hard for me, because I don't find most albums as a whole to be very awesome.

These come to mind, subject to change.

I'd say Moon and Antartica/Lonesome Crowded West may have made it into my Top 5.

Mmm, Ys is a fantastic album. I didn't think there was any other Joanna Newsom fans here. Love her.

My favourite band, probably their best album.

Not their own album - Nevermind if I had to pick.

Superb artist, tunes you will never forget.

I'm absolutely positive that I can't make this sort of decision, so here are just 3 of my very favorite albums (of which there are probably 20 or so tied for the top spot).

TV on the Radio - Young Liars (an EP not an album, but amazing enough to make up for it)

Biosphere - Substrata

Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral

My top artist change so much, let alone any top three album list. Goddamn. For right now, it's:

I've been listening to the new Why? album these last few weeks... bit disappointing in my opinion.

It is surely different. I'm reserving my opinions until a few more listens.

Glad to see someone here has good taste.

i remember the first time i fired up "My Favorite Things". mind was blown skyhigh.

Definitely know what you mean.

I recall in an interview, when the drummer Elvin Jones was asked how many times he had performed My Favorite Things with Coltrane, he said something ridiculous like "every day for 5 years."

I never did get into Sunset Rubdown, or at least Shut Up I Am Dreaming, but I love Wolf Parade. I should re-listen to it and/or acquire more.

In fact, Apologies to the Queen Mary by Wolf Parade would probably make my top 20 shortlist... maybe. Cracking album.

Coltrane is one of my favorite jazz artists but recently I started listing to other jazz like Pat Metheny. I dunno...I like to broaden my horizons.

I just started listening to Sunset Rubdown. Not a big fan of most of their songs (yet) but I really like Us Ones in Between and For the Pier. You Go On Ahead (Trumpet Trumpet II) is really awesome... the little part from 2:48 - 3:20 always makes me smile:

I'm not sure what the 3rd one would be.

That's really hard to say, but here're my most played albums in the last three months:

Unfortunately I can't edit my previous post anymore but I'd probably pick this album for my third:
